About Us
Pleasures from the heart is a mother and daughter owned boutique. We opened our boutique in October 1997. Lorraine working in the Grocery industry and Crystal in the Accounting Field, came together to break the mold of the stereotype adult store.
We wanted to create a place that people could come and feel comfortable with their sexuality. We saw the need for a lingerie and novelty boutique that would combine quality merchandise with attentive service in a classy and welcoming environment. We feel that we have achieved our goal and it has created a loyal and diverse customer base for us. We have been voted by the people, “Best Lingerie Shop” many times throughout the years in The Wave and Metro.
We opened our first store in 1997; it was a little shop on Winchester Blvd. in Campbell. Two years later we opened our 2nd store; it was much bigger and was located on The Alameda in San Jose. With parking being an issue in San Jose and size being an issue in Campbell, we decided to close both locations and open one big store. In July 2003, we moved across the street from our original store to a much nicer and bigger store front. Our new location is a 2600 sq. ft. boutique with chandeliers and leopard curtains, making it cozy and friendly.
We are grateful to all of our loyal customers and look forward to meeting new ones. We will continue to offer excellent customer service and we are here for all of your needs. We provide pleasures for the eyes, pleasures for the body and pleasures from the heart.
